We are seeking to recruit 7 early-stage researchers, each for 3 years, and 7 experienced researchers whose employment duration lasts for between 12 and 36 months, depending on the project objectives. In total this amounts to 408 person-months, with early-stage researchers accounting for 62% of this time.
Early-stage researchers will be trained for 36 months, the typical time scale for completion of a PhD, with each spending 6-9 months at partner institutions. Experienced researcher appointments range from 12 to 36 months depending on the specific research tasks, with each spending approximately 20% of this time on secondment.
